I have been working as project manager and evaluator of European projects since 2012. I am experienced in sustainable development, training design and competence-oriented learning and validation.

I hold a Master in Human Rights and Conflict Management from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Turin. I have worked for United Nations both at headquarter and on the field and I have gained experience on European Union institutions working with a global NGO based in Brussels.
I have attained a specialised course on European Project Management and I have worked as European project manager for eight years for Blinc, a German cooperative working in the field of innovation and sustainable human and societal development. I have provided several consultancy services for private and public entities in Italy and abroad, on planning, managing and evaluating European, national and regional projects.
From 2013 to 2020 I also collaborated with Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna where I wrote and managed European projects on education/advanced training and security. There, I was involved in the planning and the management of several highly specialised training offers and I coordinated the first online Master course offered by the Scuola.
